DevUpBilling schema

Billing metadata embedded in successful metered API JSON responses. Excluded from raw binary responses, Audio Transcriptions, and free utility endpoints. cost_dzd and balance_dzd always appear together. On chat completions and Responses, a _devup without them carries only request_id and warnings.

`request_id`	string Equal to the `x-request-id` response header. Returned by chat completions, Responses, embeddings, rerank, image generation, speech, inference and video. `pattern: "^req_[0-9a-f]{32}$"`
`warnings`	array of string Chat completions and Responses, non-streaming: the messages of the notices that apply to this response. Present only when there is at least one.
